Limited Warranty and Return Policy
This Limited Warranty and Return Policy (“Policy”) constitutes part of the Terms of Use governing your rights and obligations when shopping with Mytelligent. This Policy is issued by Mytelligent LTD. (“Mytelligent,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you, a consumer or other buyer who makes a purchase directly from us or an authorized reseller (and includes a “gift recipient” (defined below) of a device or other product that we make or sell (the “Product”).
This Policy only covers you, the original purchaser or original gift recipient, and this Policy, or any of its terms, cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user (any attempt to do so is void). This Policy, or any of its terms, is not valid for any Mytelligent products purchased from any source other than Mytelligent (via our website or any other way that Mytelligent allows you to purchase directly from us) or a Mytelligent-authorized reseller. (For purposes of this Policy, a “gift recipient” is an individual who receives a new Product as a gift from the original purchaser. Proof of purchase of a covered Product, including the applicable order number, may be required as a condition of coverage under this Policy.)
UNLESS SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED, ALL TERMS OF USE UNDER THIS POLICY SHALL BE APPLICABLE TO ALL CUSTOMERS SHOPPING WITH US. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US OR WITH AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS OF USE CONTAINED HEREIN.
With respect to any permitted cancellations or returns, you agree and understand that failure to follow the applicable procedures described below may result in a rejection of a requested cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your RAIZE. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your RAIZE within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility: RAIZE must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mytelligent is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to:
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Products that have been damaged, misused, or modified by the customer.
Products missing components (e.g., Charging Case, Anchor, or packaging).
Products showing signs of wear, liquid damage, or abuse.
Limited 1-Year Warranty
Mytelligent warrants that the RAIZE, Charging Case, and Anchor will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Coverage: If a defect arises during the warranty period, Mytelligent will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no cost to you.
How to Claim: Fill out the warranty claim form. We may request photos or videos of the defect. If approved, we’ll provide an RMA and instructions for returning the product.
Shipping: Mytelligent covers shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements. You are responsible for safely packaging the product to prevent further damage during transit.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., drops, liquid exposure, or improper handling).
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration, or fading).
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of third-party accessories.
Issues arising from failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Extended Warranty: Adds two (2) years to your standard 1-year limited warranty, for a total of three (3) years against defects in materials and workmanship.
Battery Care: One (1) free battery replacement if it malfunctions (subject to inspection and approval). Additional replacements are not covered.
Accidental Damage Coverage: Protection for drops, spills, or mishaps—up to two (2) RAIZE replacements per user, with a minimum 6-month wait between claims (subject to inspection and approval).

Legal Notes
Warranty Limitations: To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is your sole remedy. Mytelligent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, inconvenience, or lost profits) from product use or failure. Abuse or fraud may void the warranty without refund.
International Customers: Replacement/services availability may vary by region. Duty and shipping costs are not included; a team member will contact you upon claim submission.
Governing Law: This policy is governed by Nevada, USA laws. Disputes will be resolved in Las Vegas, NV courts.
